Hopscotch

One of James' greatest successes has been Hopscotch, the educational series from BBC Radio Scotland.

Since 1997, Jim has had the luxury of scripting, writing the music and performing in these programmes as the character Stirfry, a rather scatterbrained dog who lives in the Hopscotch garden.

Professionally, James started writing as a record reviewer with "Z" magazine, but he has always written articles, poetry, dramatic scripts, song lyrics, and whimsies - some of which you can see on the scribble page.
